Who we are
Agenthix is operated by Leang Heng Lim, trading as Solution84 (ABN 24 257 660 215), Australia — “we” in these terms. They cover agenthix.com, including its documentation, and Agenthix Cloud at cloud.agenthix.com.
By using the website, or by creating an Agenthix Cloud account, you agree to these terms. If you use Agenthix for an organisation, you confirm you’re allowed to agree on its behalf.

Agenthix itself
The Agenthix software is licensed under the Elastic License 2.0. Running it yourself is governed by that licence; these terms don’t change it.
Your Agenthix Cloud account
- Give us true details, and keep them current.
- An account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself; you’re responsible for what’s done with your account.
- You choose a handle. We may withdraw one that impersonates someone or is offensive.
- You must be 16 or older.
Early access
- Signing up puts you in line for early access. Your place shows on your account page. It is not a promise of a place, or of a date.
- When your place is ready, we email you. You then have 30 days to use it; after that it lapses. You can join the line again, at the back.
- Early access is early: features may change, and we may pause or end it.
Price
- An Agenthix Cloud account is free.
- Connecting an Agenthix you run yourself to Cloud is free during early access. We’ll give notice before it has a price.
- When Agenthix Cloud hosts organisations, that service will have its own price and terms, published before it opens.
Your organisation must be your own
- An organisation on Agenthix is for your own organisation’s use. Agenthix may not be resold, or provided to others as a service — whether you run it yourself, connect it to Cloud, or have Cloud host it.
- An agency or freelancer may set up and administer a client’s organisation. The client owns it, and pays for it.
- We may suspend an organisation that breaks this.
Fair use
Don’t use Agenthix to break the law, to attack or overload our services or anyone else’s, or to sign up accounts automatically.
Suspending and closing
You can delete your Cloud account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
Our name
Agenthix, its logo and this website are ours. The licence covers the software, not our name or brand.
What we promise, and what we don’t
Nothing in these terms excludes the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or other rights the law says can’t be excluded.
Beyond those, the website and Agenthix Cloud are provided as they are, and may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, it is limited to supplying the service to you again.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we update the date at the top. If a change matters to you, we’ll email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use Agenthix after that is agreeing to the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and its courts can hear any dispute about them.
